75 Homees supplies shipping containers, container cabins, and related products to customers in Australia.
3. Our Products
75 Homees offers shipping containers in different sizes, conditions, and configurations, depending on current inventory.
Products may include:
- 10ft shipping containers.
- 20ft shipping containers.
- 40ft shipping containers.
- High Cube shipping containers.
- New and one-trip containers.
- Used shipping containers.
- Refurbished containers.
- Modified shipping containers.
- Container cabins and portable workspaces.
Not every product type, size, or configuration is available at all times.
Customers should review the relevant product listing or contact our team to confirm current availability.
4. Product Descriptions
We aim to provide accurate and useful product descriptions.
Individual product listings may include information about dimensions, condition, colour, configuration, installed features, modifications, and price.
Customers should review the specific product description carefully before purchasing.
Where additional clarification is required, customers are encouraged to contact our team.
The specifications and condition confirmed for the individual product being purchased will form part of the agreed order details.
5. Container Condition
Shipping containers are industrial products, and their appearance may vary depending on age, previous use, handling, transportation, and environmental exposure.
Used containers may display:
- Dents and scratches.
- Surface rust or corrosion.
- Paint fading or colour variation.
- Flooring marks.
- Previous repairs.
- Signs of freight handling.
- Other cosmetic wear associated with previous use.
Such characteristics should be considered in relation to the advertised condition of the particular container.
Normal cosmetic wear does not automatically mean that a container is unsuitable for its intended purpose.
However, the product must still meet its description and any applicable consumer guarantees.
6. New and One-Trip Containers
New or one-trip containers generally have limited previous cargo use.
These containers may have completed an initial transport journey before being offered for sale.
Minor scratches, paint marks, handling marks, or small dents may occur during manufacturing, loading, or transportation.
Customers should not assume that a one-trip container will be entirely free of cosmetic marks.
The condition and specifications advertised for the individual product remain applicable.
7. Product Photographs
Product images are provided to illustrate the appearance, design, features, or configuration of the products offered.
Some images may show the exact unit available for purchase, while others may be representative examples.
Where representative images are used, individual containers may differ in colour, markings, cosmetic condition, or other disclosed characteristics.
Customers who require a particular appearance or configuration should confirm the details before purchasing.
We aim to ensure that product photographs and descriptions accurately represent the goods offered.
8. Product Availability
Product availability may change due to inventory movements, existing orders, or other operational requirements.
We aim to maintain accurate availability information.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options.
These may include an alternative product, revised fulfilment arrangements, or a refund where applicable.
9. Product Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Product prices include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Customers should review the displayed price and any additional charges before completing a purchase.
Shipping charges are disclosed separately.
The final order amount will be presented through the applicable checkout process, quotation, or invoice.
10. Pricing Errors
75 Homees takes reasonable steps to maintain accurate pricing information.
Occasional technical or administrative errors may occur.
If an incorrect price is identified, we will review the circumstances and address the matter in accordance with applicable Australian consumer and pricing laws.
We will not use a general pricing-error provision to exclude rights that customers have under applicable law.
11. GST and Taxes
The standard Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate is 10%.
Where GST applies, our displayed product prices include the applicable GST.
The GST treatment of individual transactions is determined in accordance with Australian taxation law.
Customers requiring further information should review our Sales Tax Policy or contact our team.

- Billing address.
- Delivery address.
- Email address.
- Contact telephone number.
- Selected product and quantity.
- Any relevant delivery instructions.
If incorrect information is submitted, customers should contact us as soon as possible.
Changes requested after dispatch may affect delivery arrangements.
14. Order Acknowledgement
After submitting an online order, customers may receive an acknowledgement through the website or by email.
An order acknowledgement does not necessarily confirm that payment has been received.
Orders requiring bank transfer may remain pending until the required funds have cleared and been verified.
Customers should retain their order numbers, invoices, and payment records.
15. Accepted Payment Methods
75 Homees currently accepts payment by:
Direct Bank Transfer
Credit and debit card payments are not currently accepted.
Customers must use the official payment details provided on their invoice or through the applicable checkout process.
All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD).
16. Payment Clearance
Order processing begins after the required payment has been received and confirmed.
Customers should use the invoice number or designated order reference when making payment.
A bank transfer receipt or screenshot may assist with identifying a transaction but does not independently establish that funds have cleared.
Payment clearance time is separate from the estimated shipping and delivery timeframe.
17. Payment Security
Customers should verify all payment instructions before transferring funds.
If unexpected correspondence indicates that our banking details have changed, customers should contact 75 Homees using the contact details published on our official website.
We do not request customers’ online banking passwords, PINs, or private authentication codes.
Customers should contact us immediately if they suspect fraudulent payment instructions.
18. Shipping and Delivery
75 Homees arranges shipping and delivery within Australia, subject to transport availability and suitable site access.
Our estimated shipping timeframes are:
- Handling Time: 1–5 business days.
- Time in Transit: 1–4 business days.
- Total Estimated Shipping Time: 2–9 business days.
The estimated timeframe begins after the required payment has been received and confirmed.
Business days exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.
These delivery timeframes are estimates and are not unconditional guarantees of a particular delivery date.
19. Shipping Fees
75 Homees charges a standard flat-rate shipping fee of AUD $600 per order for eligible deliveries.
The shipping fee includes applicable GST.
Where specialised transport, additional unloading services, or unusual delivery arrangements are required, any additional charges will be disclosed and agreed upon before payment.
Customers should review the final delivery charge before confirming their order.
20. Delivery Estimates and Delays
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Delivery destination.
- Transport scheduling.
- Weather conditions.
- Road access.
- Vehicle availability.
- Public holidays.
- Site accessibility.
- Other logistical circumstances.
Where a significant delay affects an order, we will endeavour to inform the customer and provide an updated delivery estimate.
Any applicable customer rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
21. Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an address error is identified after an order has been submitted, customers should contact our team promptly.
Address changes requested after transportation has been arranged may not always be possible.
Any additional charges associated with an agreed change will be communicated before proceeding.
22. Delivery Site Access
Shipping containers require appropriate access for heavy transport vehicles and unloading equipment.
Customers should disclose any relevant site restrictions, including:
- Narrow roads or driveways.
- Restricted gates or entrances.
- Overhead power lines.
- Low-hanging trees.
- Nearby structures.
- Soft or unstable ground.
- Steep slopes.
- Limited turning space.
- Other obstacles affecting safe delivery.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is reasonably accessible and suitable for the agreed delivery arrangements.
23. Delivery Preparation
Customers should prepare the intended placement area before the scheduled delivery.
The area should be stable, reasonably level, and suitable for supporting the container.
Customers should ensure that the delivery vehicle has adequate access and manoeuvring space.
Any special requirements should be discussed before dispatch.
If delivery cannot be completed safely due to site conditions, alternative arrangements may be necessary.
Any additional charges will be handled transparently and in accordance with applicable law.
24. Requesting a Quotation
Customers may request a personalised quotation by contacting 75 Homees.
To prepare a quotation, we may request:
- Container type and size.
- Preferred condition.
- Required quantity.
- Intended use.
- Delivery address.
- Preferred delivery date.
- Any special requirements.
Quotations will provide relevant product and pricing information.
Any quotation validity period or special conditions will be communicated with the quotation.
25. Quotations and Online Orders
Requesting a quotation does not automatically constitute a purchase.
Customers who accept a quotation should review the agreed product specifications, total price, delivery arrangements, and payment requirements.
Where a customer purchases through the website, the applicable checkout information should be reviewed before completing payment.
Quotation-specific terms and these Terms and Conditions should be read together.
26. Order Changes
Customers wishing to modify an order should contact 75 Homees as soon as possible.
Whether a requested change can be accommodated depends on the order status and whether processing or dispatch has commenced.
Any agreed changes affecting price, product specifications, or delivery will be communicated before additional payment is required.
27. Order Cancellations
Customers may contact us to request cancellation of an order.
Cancellation arrangements may depend on the reason for cancellation, the order status, and whether the container has already been dispatched.
Where a cancellation is accepted and a refund is payable, the refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in this section limits statutory cancellation or refund rights.
28. Returns and Refunds
75 Homees offers a 30-day voluntary return period for eligible products.
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving their container.
For eligible change-of-mind returns:
- The product must remain substantially in its delivered condition.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The customer is responsible for arranging return transportation.
- Return transportation costs are paid by the customer.
- The original shipping fee is generally non-refundable.
- Return arrangements must be approved before transportation.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days, subject to the applicable return requirements.
These voluntary return conditions do not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law.
29. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products
Customers who receive a container that is damaged, incorrectly supplied, materially different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee should contact our team.
Customers should provide the order details and relevant photographs where available.
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, available remedies may include repair, replacement, refund, or other legally required compensation.
30. Australian Consumer Guarantees
Products and services supplied to eligible customers may be subject to guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
These guarantees may include requirements relating to acceptable quality, correspondence with description, and fitness for a disclosed purpose.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
31. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing product information before purchase.
- Providing accurate order details.
- Following legitimate payment instructions.
- Providing a correct delivery address.
- Disclosing significant site access restrictions.
- Preparing a suitable delivery location.
- Obtaining necessary permits or approvals.
- Using purchased containers lawfully and safely.
These responsibilities do not remove any legal obligations owed by 75 Homees.
32. Intended Use of Containers
Customers should consider whether the selected container is suitable for their intended application.
Containers may be used for storage, commercial activities, construction projects, or other suitable purposes depending on their specifications.
Customers planning structural modifications, electrical installations, or building conversions should obtain appropriate professional advice.
Where 75 Homees has expressly represented that a product is suitable for a disclosed purpose, applicable consumer guarantees remain in effect.
33. Permits and Approvals
Planning, building, zoning, and placement requirements may vary depending on location and intended use.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, customers are responsible for checking whether any permits or approvals are required.
Customers should contact their local council or relevant authority when necessary.
34. Website Accuracy
We aim to maintain accurate website information, including product descriptions, prices, policies, and contact details.
Where genuine errors are identified, we may correct them in accordance with applicable law.
Corrections will not be used to retrospectively remove customer rights that have already arisen.

Visitors must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting unauthorised access.
- Introducing malicious software.
- Submitting fraudulent orders.
- Providing deliberately false information.
- Interfering with website security.
- Misusing another person’s information.
- Disrupting normal website functionality.
We may take reasonable steps to protect our website and customers from misuse.
36. Customer Accounts
Where customer accounts are available, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Customers should notify us promptly if they suspect unauthorised access.
Account information should be kept accurate and up to date.
37. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy requirements.
Information may be used for order processing, invoicing, customer communication, delivery coordination, accounting, and other legitimate business purposes.
Customers should review our Privacy Policy for further information.
38. Third-Party Service Providers
75 Homees may use third-party service providers for website hosting, technology, logistics, freight, and other operational functions.
Where personal information is involved, its handling will be subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
39. Intellectual Property
Original website content, branding, graphics, photographs, and other materials owned by 75 Homees are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Visitors may use the website for legitimate browsing and purchasing purposes.
Unauthorised commercial reproduction or distribution of proprietary content is prohibited unless permitted by law or authorised by the rights holder.
40. Website Availability
Our website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, security requirements, or third-party service interruptions.
We aim to restore affected functionality within a reasonable period where practicable.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
41. Events Outside Normal Operations
Order processing and delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside normal operational control.
These may include severe weather, transport disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unexpected events.
Where a material delay occurs, we will assess the circumstances and communicate with affected customers.
Such events do not automatically remove any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
42. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 75 Homees is not responsible for losses that are not reasonably attributable to our breach of contract, negligence, or failure to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Australian Consumer Law rights and remedies remain unaffected.
43. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Customers experiencing an issue with an order, payment, delivery, or product should contact 75 Homees.
Please provide the relevant order number, invoice details, and a description of the concern.
We will review the matter and seek an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this section prevents customers from contacting a consumer protection authority, tribunal, court, or other appropriate dispute-resolution body.
44. Changes to These Terms
75 Homees may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in business operations, services, products, or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that customers have already acquired under applicable law.
45. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be dealt with to the extent required by law.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally permissible.
46. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Australian law and, where relevant, the laws of Queensland.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections.
47. Related Policies

These policies provide additional information about purchasing, payment, delivery, taxation, returns, refunds, and privacy.
