Shipping & Delivery Policy

75 Homees Pty Ltd

Last Updated: 17 October 2026

At 75 Homees, we aim to provide a clear and straightforward shipping and delivery process for customers purchasing shipping containers and container cabins. This policy explains our delivery timeframes, shipping charges, order handling procedures, and customer responsibilities.

We encourage customers to review this information before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage

75 Homees provides shipping and delivery services within Australia.

Our delivery arrangements cover eligible residential, commercial, industrial, and construction locations, subject to suitable vehicle access and transport availability.

Customers should provide their complete delivery address before confirming an order so that delivery requirements can be assessed.

2. Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

Our estimated total shipping and delivery timeframe is 2–9 business days, consisting of:

  • Order Handling Time: 1–5 business days
  • Time in Transit: 1–4 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–9 business days

Order Handling Time (1–5 Business Days)

Handling time includes order confirmation, payment verification, container preparation, and scheduling of transportation.

Order processing begins after the required payment has been received and confirmed.

Time in Transit (1–4 Business Days)

Once the container has been dispatched, transportation to the customer’s delivery address is estimated to take 1–4 business days.

Transit times may vary depending on the destination, transport scheduling, weather conditions, and accessibility of the delivery site.

Total Shipping Time (2–9 Business Days)

The combined estimated handling and transit time is 2–9 business days from confirmation of payment.

Business days exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customers will be informed if a significant delay affects their order.

3. Shipping Fees

75 Homees charges a flat shipping fee of AUD $600 per order for standard eligible deliveries strictly within Australia.

The shipping charge is separate from the container purchase price and will be disclosed before payment is required.

The standard shipping fee covers the agreed transportation arrangements to the customer’s delivery location.

If a delivery requires specialised equipment, unusual access arrangements, or additional services outside standard delivery, any additional charges will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding.

No additional delivery charges will be applied without prior disclosure and agreement.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

Once payment has been received and confirmed, our team will begin preparing the order for dispatch.

The order handling process may include:

  • Verifying the order and customer information.
  • Confirming the selected container and its specifications.
  • Preparing the container for transportation.
  • Confirming the delivery address and site accessibility.
  • Scheduling an appropriate delivery vehicle.
  • Coordinating the expected delivery date with the customer.

Customers will be contacted if additional information is required before dispatch.

5. Delivery Arrangements

Shipping containers are large and heavy products that require suitable transportation equipment.

Delivery is arranged according to the container size, weight, delivery location, and site conditions.

Depending on the delivery requirements, transportation may involve a tilt-tray truck or other appropriate heavy transport equipment.

Customers should confirm their preferred container placement location before delivery.

The availability of unloading and positioning services will depend on the agreed delivery arrangements.

6. Delivery Site Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery location is reasonably accessible and suitable for receiving a shipping container.

Before delivery, please ensure that:

  • The delivery address is complete and accurate.
  • The access road is suitable for heavy transport vehicles.
  • There is sufficient space for the delivery vehicle to enter, manoeuvre, and exit safely.
  • The proposed container placement area is stable, level, and appropriately prepared.
  • Overhead obstructions, including power lines, trees, and building structures, have been considered.
  • Gates, driveways, and access points provide sufficient clearance.
  • Any required property access permissions have been obtained.

Customers should inform 75 Homees of any known access restrictions before delivery is scheduled.

7. Difficult or Restricted Site Access

Some locations may require additional planning due to narrow access roads, steep driveways, soft ground, overhead obstructions, or limited vehicle manoeuvring space.

If the delivery site has unusual access conditions, customers should contact our team before confirming the delivery arrangements.

Where additional equipment or transport services are necessary, the requirements and applicable charges will be discussed and agreed upon before delivery.

If a delivery cannot be completed safely due to undisclosed site restrictions, a revised delivery arrangement may be required.

Any additional costs will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable Australian consumer law.

8. Delivery Scheduling and Customer Availability

Customers may be contacted before dispatch to confirm their delivery arrangements.

Where a delivery date has been agreed, customers should ensure that the site is accessible and that an authorised person is available if required.

Customers should notify 75 Homees as soon as possible if their delivery address, access arrangements, or availability changes.

Requests to reschedule delivery should be made before dispatch wherever possible.

Any revised delivery arrangements will be confirmed with the customer.

9. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances such as:

  • Severe weather conditions.
  • Road closures or transport disruptions.
  • Vehicle or equipment availability.
  • Public holidays.
  • Delivery site access restrictions.
  • Unexpected logistical or operational difficulties.

If a significant delay occurs, we will endeavour to notify the customer and provide an updated delivery estimate.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, including where delivery is not completed within an agreed or legally required timeframe.

10. Receiving Your Container

Upon delivery, customers are encouraged to inspect the container and confirm that it corresponds with the agreed order details.

Customers should check:

  • The container size and type.
  • The general external condition.
  • The doors and visible fittings.
  • Any modifications or features included in the order.
  • Any visible damage that may have occurred during transportation.

If you identify a problem, please contact 75 Homees as soon as reasonably practicable and provide your order information and relevant photographs where available.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

11. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If a container arrives damaged, differs materially from its description, or is not the product ordered, please contact our team.

We may request photographs and relevant order details to help assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the available remedies will be determined in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Changes to Delivery Information

Customers should contact 75 Homees promptly if they need to update their delivery address or other delivery details.

Changes requested after transportation has been scheduled or dispatch has commenced may affect delivery arrangements and costs.

Any additional charges arising from an agreed change will be disclosed before the revised arrangements proceed.

13. Australian Consumer Law

This Shipping & Delivery Policy operates alongside the rights and protections available to eligible customers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
